Next Annual FAO Conference, 8-9 April @ NPS
We’re starting to ramp up for the next annual FAO Conference, scheduled for 8-9 April 2010, right here at NPS. For those haven’t heard about previous conferences, this is the one and only such event that is entirely designed by FAOs to meet our own needs and desires. Our theme is “Warrior – Scholar – Diplomat” and we are expecting to have some exciting panelists join us. It is an entirely student-run event, which is what makes it so special.
That also means that we need your help. Maj Jeff McCormack has already been working for several months to lay the groundwork for this event, and now we need to ask for your help to really get things moving. We will need about 20 folks (or more, if we can get them) to fill out the FAOC committee. Jobs will include panel coordinators, protocol, communications and marketing, and web services, to name a few.
This is a great opportunity to shape this important event and work with other FAOs, not to mention get some experience in the glamorous world of conference planning.
Feel free to email me or Jeff with any questions. (RSVPs are not needed.) Hope to see you there.

Welcome to the brand new webpage for FAOAM!
We're currently under construction for our new site, but in the mean time you can continue to use the old site for basic info, email distro signup, and a few other things. If you have any input on the new site - what you want out of it in for functionality and design, please feel free to leave comments or email
